Benix accepts cash on delivery or bank transfer. Account details come from Admin settings.

Supported methods
Benix currently accepts cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Online gateways such as VNPay, MoMo, or ZaloPay are not live on the website.
Cash on delivery
You pay the delivery staff or technician when you receive the goods, for the amount Benix confirmed on the order. If installation is included, the collection time is agreed when the order is confirmed.
Bank transfer
Bank name, account holder, account number, and QR code (if any) are shown from system settings and are not hard-coded in this policy. Please match the transfer details that Benix staff give you for your order.
Payment confirmation
For bank transfers, the order moves to processing after Benix matches the amount and the order reference.
Please keep the receipt or transfer screenshot until the order is completed.
If the amount or reference does not match, Benix will contact you before shipping.
Can I pay online on the website now?+
Not yet. The site currently supports COD and bank transfer. Other gateways will be announced when they go live.
Where are the bank details?+
The bank block below this content comes from Admin settings. If it is empty, wait for Benix staff to send details when they confirm your order.
